If you'd like to recieve notifications about updates to This Is a Recording, you can subscribe to This Is a Recording's newsfeed.
Some browsers such as Avant Browser (Though I do not reccomend using Avant Browser), Opera and, my personal favorite, Firefox have this functionality built in.
Some browsers offer plugins for feeds. For Firefox, I reccomend the Newsfox plugin which displays the feed and it's items much like an email client displays email.
There are websites which allow you to add your favorite feeds to a list much like a LiveJournal friends list or subscribing to a usenet newsgroup. (Newsgator, Newsburst, Rojo, Bloglines.)
Websites like My Yahoo!, My MSN and Google's Personalized Home allows you to add feeds to your own personalized home page.
Alternately, you can also subscribe to This Is a Recording's Google Group to recieve notification via email with the form below:

Click here then click the orange icon on the bottom right of the browser window.
Add to Avant Browser
From the menu at the top of the window, select feed, add new feed and enter http://feeds.feedburner.com/ThisisarecordingcomGoogleGroup
To Add By Hand
When asked to enter the url of the feed, enter http://feeds.feedburner.com/ThisisarecordingcomGoogleGroup
