...so don't ask. Before ENLARGE YOUR P*E*N*I*S, there was Dr. Joel Kaplan. The ads for his penis enlargement apparatus in the Chicago Reader were a curiosity, like a modern day snake oil salesman ad. The ad invited you to call a local phone number for more information. When you called the phone number, you'd hear a brief description of the apparatus and instructions to leave your name and address to receive literature about the device. The phone number was perfect for leaving in pagers, but not the best number to use as a domain name contact.
